VP / SVP of Engineering

Curative AI, Inc. is an innovative early-stage startup revolutionizing healthcare through AI-powered SaaS solutions. They deliver value in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and Clinical Operations through AI technology, automation, and data insights. The company has achieved financial break-even in their first year with $30M+ projected revenues for 2025.

The VP/SVP of Engineering will lead teams across Data, Software, DevOps, AI, and IT Engineering, ensuring AI-powered healthcare solutions meet real-world needs. Key responsibilities include defining technical vision, building high-performing teams, overseeing architecture, leading AI/ML development, directing data engineering, managing DevOps/infrastructure, and ensuring security compliance.

The ideal candidate should have:

• Master's degree or higher in Computer Science or related field
• 10+ years engineering leadership experience in healthcare technology/AI
• Deep understanding of AI/ML technologies, data engineering, cloud infrastructure
• Track record implementing DevOps practices and scaling engineering organizations
• Strong communication skills and ability to connect business strategy to technical implementation

The position offers competitive compensation ($250-350K base salary), performance bonus, equity, and comprehensive benefits. The role requires hybrid work (3+ days onsite) in Bellevue, WA.
