As a Cyber Infrastructure Engineer in the Professional Services organization, you'll play a crucial role in deploying, integrating, and optimizing Darktrace's technology across network, cloud, OT, and email environments. Responsibilities For Cyber Infrastructure Engineer

  • Deploy, integrate, and optimize Darktrace technology within network, cloud, OT, and email environments
  • Lead and advise customers in security infrastructure design and planning
  • Complete deployment projects within Service Level Objectives
  • Integrate new systems into existing network architecture
  • Manage customer support tickets
  • Maintain communication between go-to-market teams

Requirements For Cyber Infrastructure Engineer

  • Technical educational background or experience as Network, Cloud, OT or SOC Engineer
  • Basic knowledge of computer networking protocols, LAN and WAN
  • Understanding of network and cloud architecture design
  • Basic familiarity with OT network principles and Purdue model
  • Foundational knowledge of AWS, Microsoft, Cisco, or Palo Alto Networks
  • European language fluency desired but not essential
