Software Engineer - Developer Efficiency

Datadog is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their CI Platform team, which manages the CI offering for 1500+ engineers working on a single product. This role focuses on reducing friction between engineers by building and maintaining fast, reliable build and CI systems. The team is creating a cohesive platform using established solutions like Github and developing new initiatives in merge queue and release tooling.

As a Developer Efficiency Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of improving how Datadog's engineering teams collaborate and deploy code. You'll own critical developer workflows and work directly with your customer base - the engineers at Datadog - to understand and address their needs. The role combines technical expertise in CI/CD systems with a strong focus on developer experience and workflow optimization.
