Software Engineer - React Native SDK

Datadog is seeking a Software Engineer specializing in React Native SDK for their Lisbon office. As a mobile SDK engineer, you'll collaborate with product and engineering teams to build solutions that delight customers and scale massively. Your role involves developing for developers, requiring expertise in React Native and navigating the challenges of the mobile app environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Building and maintaining Datadog's React Native SDK used globally
• Collaborating with backend, product, and frontend teams to deliver a best-in-class mobile RUM product for React Native applications
• Improving engineering tooling and practices

The ideal candidate should have:

• Significant experience in React Native with a deep understanding of its ecosystem
• Value for code simplicity and performance
• Experience developing commercially shipped SDKs
• Ability to work with native platforms (Android & iOS) when required
