The company specializes in developing advanced conversational AI agents for enterprise customer support, serving notable clients including Duolingo, Notion, Rippling, and Webflow.

As a Security Engineer at Decagon, you'll play a crucial role in building and maintaining the security infrastructure that safeguards their AI systems and enterprise customer data. Working directly with the founding team, you'll be responsible for establishing security best practices and frameworks as the company scales its category-defining AI product. This position offers a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of LLMs and AI Agents, addressing the distinctive challenges of scaling and deploying AI applications.

The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in identifying and mitigating security vulnerabilities within software applications.
