Decathlon Digital is seeking a Senior Software Engineer / Tech Lead (f/m/d) for their Supply Material and Planning (SMP) team based in Lille/Paris. As part of the Value Chain domain, the SMP team works on various technological transformation projects (API-fication of IS, Cloud Native development, implementation of S4 solutions...) and organizational projects (Agility at scale, Product Organization, Accelerate) for their development on their global distribution channels.
Your role will involve coordinating and organizing development activities for the Referencing and Pricing product team:
- Functionally lead the team of developers (performance monitoring, skill development)
- Ensure the quality of deliverables, continuous improvement, and promotion of best practices
- Become a technical reference in your area
- Manage technical transformation projects
- Collaborate with the Product Manager on estimates and roadmap for future developments
- Interface with other technical teams
- Contribute to the value created by the team (development, architecture, documentation...)

- DevSecOps context: you build it, you run it, you enjoy it!... in human-sized teams (product teams of max 10 people)

What you bring:
- Expertise in Java development in a microservices context
- Ability to propose technical architecture designs
- Not afraid to work with Kubernetes
- Experience in functionally leading a technical team (pair programming, code review,...)
- Mastery of agile methodologies
- Enjoy working in a collaborative environment
- Comfortable with oral communication and fluent in English
