Front-End HTML/Javascript Engineer with Rails/Turbo/Stimulus

We are hiring a remote Front-End HTML/Javascript Engineer with Rails/Turbo/Stimulus experience to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our digital products. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience with HTML/Javascript/CSS AND some knowledge of the modern front-end stack of Rails/Turbo/Stimulus controllers.

Key responsibilities include:

• Implement functional and beautiful customer facing web sites
• Ensure responsive designs for optimal display across various devices
• Collaborate with our designers and back end engineers

Required qualities and skills:

• 3+ years of experience in front-end design and javascript development
• 1+ years of Rails w/ Turbo and Stimulus
• Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles
• Familiarity with SaaS products and their unique design challenges
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Must-have hard skills: Rails, Turbo, Stimulus, Javascript, Responsive design, HTML/CSS (we use tailwind)

The ideal candidate is self-motivated with real-world experience, able to own a project, and work directly with people who will use their tools. You'll be expected to complete a coding challenge as part of the interview process. You must live and work within a few time zones of Pacific (California) time.
