Responsibilities For Senior ServiceNow Developer
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of custom applications and workflows on the ServiceNow platform
- Partner with teams to create and provide instructions/training for platform utilization
- Analyze business needs and requirements to create scalable solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for on-time implementation
- Maintain high standards for performance, usability, and security
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancement of existing ServiceNow implementations
- Assist in establishing and maintaining ITSM processes and ensure alignment with ITIL best practices
Requirements For Senior ServiceNow Developer
- Advanced experience in ServiceNow development and implementation
- Proficiency in GlideScript, Business Rules, UI Policies, Workspaces, and the Now Platform
- Strong understanding of ITSM, ITIL, and CMDB principles
- Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in teams
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience with HAM, SAM, CMDB, ITSM, and ITOM ServiceNow Applications (preferred)
- Experience in federal or DoD IT environments (preferred)
- ServiceNow Developer or Implementation Specialist certification (preferred)
- Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies (preferred)
