Responsibilities For Technical Staff, Software Engineering
- Present innovative technical storage ideas at the executive level
- Architect detailed product designs, specifying functionality, performance, integrations, and hardware requirements
- Lead prototyping and testing to validate design and functionality
- Refine designs based on feedback, testing, and evolving requirements
- Work with cross-functional teams, partners, and customers to create POCs and MVPs
Requirements For Technical Staff, Software Engineering
- 15+ years of related experience with a bachelor's degree; or 12+ years with a master's degree; or 8+ years with a PhD
- Proficiency in AI-driven operations, telemetry systems, and data integration
- Experience with Filesystem DataPath, Object Protocol, Linux Kernel Ecosystem
- Strong development/programming experience in Embedded C / Python with Linux OS
- Active contributor to open-source projects
- Storage & Networking drivers & Standards experience
