MTS, Machine Learning Engineer

Delphina is revolutionizing the data science landscape by creating an AI Agent for Data Science. As an MTS Machine Learning Engineer, you'll be a key member of the technical staff, working from their San Mateo office with a hybrid schedule (2 days per week in office). You'll have the opportunity to shape the product direction and make critical technical decisions while working on cutting-edge ML automation solutions.

The role involves conducting research on ML workflow automation, transforming academic research into practical solutions, and working directly with customers to ensure product success. You'll need expertise in feature engineering, tree-based models, deep learning, timeseries modeling, and AutoML.
