Full-Stack Developer

Deutsche Bank Global Technology, established in 2013 in Bucharest, is seeking a Full-Stack Developer to join their Strategy and Transformation group. This role focuses on Developer Experience and Productivity tooling, supporting the implementation of engineering practices across the organization. The successful candidate will work within TDI Engineering Platforms and Practices, enabling enterprise governance for the development process. You'll be responsible for designing and enhancing tool suites supporting DORA, SPACE, and DevEx frameworks, while promoting engineering culture through supporting strategies and experimentation.

The role requires expertise in multiple programming languages, particularly Java, React, and Kotlin, along with strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms. Experience with cloud platforms (GCP and OpenShift) and modern software delivery techniques is highly valued.
