Deutsche Bank Global Technology, established in 2013 in Bucharest, is seeking a Full-Stack Developer to join their Strategy and Transformation group. This role focuses on Developer Experience and Productivity tooling, supporting the implementation of engineering practices across the organization. Responsibilities For Full-Stack Developer (f/m/x)

  • Participate in full development cycle of Developer productivity tooling
  • Work directly with divisional leaders to elicit requirements
  • Understand divisional practices and recommend modern techniques backed by data
  • Work with other development teams that use framework and container APIs
  • Develop supporting materials for adoption and measurement (KPIs)

Requirements For Full-Stack Developer (f/m/x)

Java
React
Kotlin
  • Experience as a polyglot developer (Java/React/Kotlin)
  • Solid knowledge of data structures and algorithms
  • Cloud experience with GCP and OpenShift (plus)
  • Knowledge of DORA, SPACE, DevEx frameworks (plus)
  • Experience in modern software delivery techniques and agile methodologies
  • Experience with automated testing techniques (TDD/ATDD)
  • Fluent English required
