Full-Stack Engineer (Mobile React Native / Product)

Dex is building a revolutionary personal CRM focused on helping people maintain better relationships. As a Y Combinator Summer 2019 graduate, we've grown to serve over 50,000 registered users and achieved profitability. Our mission is to solve a profound problem: helping people be better at relationships.

As a Full-Stack Engineer at Dex, you'll work on our React Native mobile app and collaborate across our entire TypeScript stack. You'll be responsible for building new core features, optimizing backend services using Node.js and Prisma, and creating delightful user experiences. You'll work directly with our team of 8 globally distributed professionals to understand user pain points and translate them into actionable product improvements.

The role offers unique opportunities to:

• Develop and scale a mobile app for a rapidly growing global user base
• Work with modern technologies including React Native, Expo, TypeScript, Node.js, and Prisma
• Contribute to both frontend and backend development
• Shape product direction through user feedback and insights

We're looking for a self-directed individual who can work independently while maintaining strong communication with the team. You'll need to be available for meetings during 9-11AM PT at least three times per week, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who values flexibility with structure.
