Responsibilities For Global Service Engineer Intern

  • Work with Supply Chain to order parts, pull parts from inventory, and kit parts for shipping
  • Support customers in troubleshooting issues & identifying root cause analysis
  • Create documentation for customers and Dexterity personnel
  • Build training plans for robotic systems
  • Assist with in-house installation and testing projects
  • Build toolboxes and other equipment to support internal teams

Requirements For Global Service Engineer Intern

Python
Linux
  • BS/AAS in engineering discipline related to robotics (CS/EE/ME etc.) or relevant work experience
  • Experience with Linux environments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with support ticketing systems (Jira)
  • Technical knowledge in hardware, automation, or software programming (Python)
  • Willingness to work long hours when required
  • Ability to multi-task in a high-pressure environment
  • Willingness to travel up to an hour to off-site locations
