Lead Software Engineer, Web

As the Lead Software Engineer, Web, you will spearhead the creation of innovative and engaging web products. Your role will involve leading and mentoring a team of skilled programmers while managing three websites and overseeing all user interactions. Responsibilities:

• Own the technical architecture and delivery of all web products
• Implement features to support website initiatives
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of talented web programmers
• Maintain and improve existing systems and tools
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other departments
• Enhance and improve player experience on the site

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• 5+ years of relevant experience, including 2+ managing web teams
• Full-Stack Software Engineer expertise in Laravel ecosystem
• Experience with web projects complementing Software/Games as a Service
• Familiarity with source control tools (Git, Perforce)
• Fluency in web programming languages (PHP, JavaScript, Python)
• Experience with servers, databases, and containerization (Docker)
• Experience with build pipelines and tooling (Jenkins, TeamCity, etc.)
