Developer Compliance Analyst

The role involves detecting and reporting Developer Policy violations, recommending scaled approaches to prevent abusive or non-compliant app development, and communicating complex technical and policy considerations to various stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

• Reviewing and evaluating bots and user-generated content for compliance
• Developing internal products for detecting violations
• Analyzing trends and writing reports on emerging issues
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams on sensitive issues
• Proposing plans to reduce or prevent 3rd-party abuse

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Experience with APIs, SDKs, and advanced SQL queries
• Familiarity with Javascript and Python-based internal tools

The role offers a salary range of $152,000 to $167,000 plus equity and benefits. It is a remote position within the United States, focusing on maintaining a trustworthy environment for Discord's gaming-centric user base.
