The position involves leading a high-performing team that enables Data Scientists to build, deploy, and scale machine learning solutions across various use cases including personalization, forecasting, marketing, content segmentation, and fraud prevention. These solutions directly impact millions of consumers and generate significant revenue for Disney.

As Director, you'll be responsible for developing AutoML capabilities, maintaining Feature Mart, enabling end-to-end ML Ops workflows, and implementing robust model monitoring systems. You'll need strong technical skills in ML Ops and AutoML, combined with business acumen to translate technical capabilities into business impact. Experience with Generative AI and emerging technologies is crucial as Disney stays at the forefront of applied machine learning.

This is an excellent opportunity for a technical leader who can balance hands-on platform development with strategic leadership. You'll work closely with Data Science, Engineering, Product, and other departments, making this role perfect for someone who excels at cross-functional collaboration and technical leadership.

The position offers competitive compensation ranging from $223,700 to $328,600 depending on location and experience, with additional benefits and bonus potential.
