Financial Systems Manager

At Disney Financial Systems, you will team with the best in the business to lead and build the tools and processes required of the finance community in support of Disney's growth, innovation, and creativity. As a Financial Systems Manager, you will support the modernization and implementation of SAP's S/4 HANA general ledger software and other related systems critical to managing the company's financial results. You will work closely with the Senior Manager, Financial Systems, and collaborate with various controllership and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support implementation of SAP's S/4HANA general ledger software and related financial systems
• Liaise with finance and technology teams, providing specialist knowledge of finance systems, processes, and accounting policies
• Develop and implement strategies to address finance needs
• Define and document finance functional requirements, end-user system procedures, and business process flows
• Use functional expertise and deep knowledge of SAP to develop solutions to system issues
• Develop testing strategies and coordinate finance-related testing efforts
• Communicate with partners, management, and subject matter experts
• Exercise critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical capabilities
