Lead Business Operations Analyst - DEET, Product & Data Engineering

Reporting to the manager of Delivery & Operational Intel within Platform Software Engineering, the Lead Delivery & Operational Intelligence Analyst will drive initiatives that support the strategic growth and improve the efficiency and effectiveness for DE&E Technology globally. This role is part of the Product & Data Engineering team, responsible for end-to-end development for Disney's world-class consumer-facing products, including streaming platforms Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN+, and digital products & experiences across ESPN, Marvel, Disney Studios, NatGeo, and ABC News.

Key responsibilities include:

• Liaison between senior leaders for ongoing strategic team operations
• Establish clear internal communication hierarchies and systems
• Provide data-driven solutions to drive intelligence on service health, deployments, and releases
• Partner across Engineering teams to build innovative systems and improve efficiency
• Facilitate agile methodologies and introduce Engineering-driven problem-solving sessions
• Develop internal training sessions and manage onboarding practices
• Plan and manage all-hands events, off-sites, and leadership communications

The ideal candidate should have:

• Minimum of 7+ years of related experience
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
• Experience with presentation tools and internal collaboration sites
• Ability to influence business and technology leadership
• Solid understanding of program and project management principles
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or IT
