Disney offers competitive compensation with salary ranges varying by location: $183,700-$246,400 in San Francisco, $172,300-$231,100 in New York/Seattle, and $164,500-$220,600 in Los Angeles/Santa Monica. Responsibilities For Lead Machine Learning Engineer
- Develop and prototype state-of-the-art Deep Neural Net algorithms for recommendation systems
- Deliver conceptual solutions into production-level implementation & operation at scale

- Identify opportunities to improve business operations and develop solutions

Requirements For Lead Machine Learning Engineer
- Strong proficiency in TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Experience building and deploying full stack ML pipelines
- Track record of designing and implementing effective recommendation systems
- Experience with cloud services in production environment (AWS)
- Understanding of statistical concepts
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 7+ years of experience in developing scalable machine learning products
- 7+ years writing production-level, scalable Python code
