Lead Machine Learning Engineer

Disney Entertainment and ESPN Product & Technology is seeking a Lead Machine Learning Engineer to spearhead security and operation anomaly detection initiatives within their Commerce, Data, and Identity Alliance. Based in either New York or Santa Monica, this role offers exposure to various security challenges within a streaming organization. The successful candidate will lead ML initiatives across the team, managing the full lifecycle of machine learning development from data collection to production deployment.

The role combines technical expertise with leadership responsibilities, requiring both deep ML knowledge and the ability to mentor team members. You'll be working on critical projects that directly impact the security and operational efficiency of Disney's digital platforms, including Disney+, Hulu, ESPN, and ABC.

The compensation package is highly competitive, with base salary ranges from $175,800 to $246,400 depending on location, plus bonus potential and comprehensive benefits.
