Responsibilities For Lead Machine Learning Engineer - Personalization
- Developing and prototyping state-of-the-art Deep Neural Net algorithms for recommendation systems
- Deliver production-level implementation & operation at scale for global user services
- Learn complex streaming recommendation systems and understand overall framework/architecture
- Identify opportunities to improve business operations and develop solutions to lift KPIs
- Drive business decisions through data-driven approach
- Technically guide a team of engineers and work collaboratively with peers
- Develop and optimize recommendation and personalization algorithms across product surfaces
Requirements For Lead Machine Learning Engineer - Personalization
- Strong proficiency in deep learning frameworks (tensorflow, pytorch)
- Experience building and deploying full stack ML pipelines
- Track record of designing and implementing effective recommendation systems
- Experience with cloud services in production environment (AWS)
- Understanding of statistical concepts
