Description For Lead Security Solution Architect (Staff Security Specialist, IS)

The Global Information Security (GIS) organization strives to secure the magic by employing best-in-class services to assess, prevent, detect, and respond to cyber threats. As a Lead Security Solution Architect, you will play a crucial role in:

  • Designing and developing solutions for complex systems that meet company security requirements
  • Leading security risk assessments and developing mitigation strategies
  • Establishing relationships with business stakeholders
  • Driving work with Segment teams to integrate solutions into existing infrastructures
  • Educating and influencing business leaders on security considerations
  • Researching security trends and technologies to stay ahead of threats
  • Analyzing and improving system designs for effective breach response
  • Leading evaluation of third party service provider integrations

Required Qualifications:

  • 10 years of related IT experience
  • Deep knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO27001)
  • 7+ years leading security solution architecture for large-scale projects
  • Strong understanding of security tools (SIEM, firewalls, anti-malware)
  • Experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
  • Working knowledge of security regulations (PCI, privacy)
  • Security accreditation (CISSP, GCIH, CISM, etc.)
  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
