Lead Software Engineer

Disney Entertainment and ESPN Product & Technology is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to drive the development of world-class user experiences across their digital platforms. The position involves leading the design and implementation of React-based applications, ensuring seamless, high-performance interfaces that deliver Disney's entertainment and sports content worldwide. The role requires deep expertise in modern JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Redux, and front-end performance optimization. Working in the Content Platforms & Operations team, you'll be part of the group responsible for Disney's media supply chain, network distribution, media localization, and network transmission. The role provides a unique opportunity to work with Disney's global teams across EMEA, APAC, and LATAM regions.
