Description For Lead Software Engineer - Back End

Disney Entertainment and ESPN Product & Technology is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to join their User Foundations team, which builds critical User Capabilities shared across Disney+, Hulu, ESPN+ and Star+ streaming services. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of technology and entertainment, building the future of Disney's media platforms.

The position involves designing and implementing high-throughput services and pipelines for gathering user information and delivering personalized experiences. As a Lead Software Engineer, you'll be responsible for driving projects end-to-end, from initial solution design to production deployment, while collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineers, project managers, and product managers.

The role is based in major tech hubs (San Francisco, Los Angeles, Seattle, or New York) and offers competitive compensation ranging from $149,300 to $209,600, depending on location and experience. Requirements For Lead Software Engineer - Back End
