Lead Software Engineer - Back End

The User State and Familiar Personalization team builds critical familiar features for both Hulu and Disney Plus, processing user interactions and delivering personalized experiences.

As a Lead Software Engineer, you'll collaborate with engineers, project managers, and product managers to design and implement solutions for viewers. You'll drive projects end-to-end, from initial design to production deployment. The role involves leading technical decisions, mentoring team members, and maintaining high-quality standards.
