Disney Entertainment and ESPN Product & Technology is seeking a Lead Software Engineer - Front End to join their Ad Platforms team. This role presents a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of technology and entertainment, building the future of Disney's media platforms.

The position is part of the OMS Engineering team within the DE&E Ad Platforms organization, focusing on creating and scaling innovative global advertising solutions. The team is responsible for developing mission-critical tools and workflows to support addressable & linear ad sales, traffic, marketing, and ad serving.

As a Lead Software Engineer, you'll be instrumental in spearheading the development of the OMS system, guiding its technical direction, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions. The role requires expertise in modern frontend technologies, including JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and various cloud technologies.

The position offers competitive compensation ranging from $152,200 to $223,600 per year (varying by location), with additional benefits and potential bonus opportunities. You'll be working in a hybrid environment across multiple prestigious locations including Glendale, Seattle, San Francisco, New York, and Santa Monica.
