Disney Entertainment and ESPN Product & Technology is seeking a Lead Software Engineer - Full Stack to join their Ad Platforms team. The position is part of the OMS Engineering team within the DE&E Ad Platforms organization, focusing on creating and scaling innovative global advertising solutions. The team is responsible for building tools and workflows that support addressable & linear ad sales, traffic, marketing, and ad serving.

As a Lead Software Engineer, you'll be instrumental in spearheading the development of the OMS system, working with cutting-edge technologies including Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and cloud infrastructure. The role combines technical leadership with hands-on development, requiring both deep technical expertise and the ability to mentor other engineers.
