Disney Entertainment & ESPN Technology is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to join their Ad Platforms organization. This role will focus on building and enhancing the machine learning platform for advertising optimization across Disney's online properties, including Hulu and ESPN+.

The Ad Platform Decisioning and Machine Learning Platform team's mission is to enhance advertising and Disney's ad platform with machine learning and AI. You'll be working on building solutions to optimize advertising results through prediction and optimization engines. The role involves leading the development of ML platform components to improve various aspects of advertising, including inventory forecasting, ad experience, pacing, pricing, targeting, and efficient delivery.

As a Lead Software Engineer, you'll:

  • Lead the development of machine learning platform components to enhance every aspect of advertising
  • Build next-gen platforms applying state-of-the-art AI solutions for complex ad challenges
  • Develop scalable approaches for large-scale data analysis and model development
  • Collaborate with researchers to productize cutting-edge innovations
