Disney Advertising Sales is seeking a Manager of Ad Sales Marketing & Partnerships to drive revenue for their streaming properties including Hulu, Disney+, and ESPN. This role sits within the Ad Sales Marketing & Partnerships team, which is crucial in driving addressable (digital) sales revenue through innovative marketing strategies.
The position focuses on creating and managing go-to-market sales materials that showcase Disney's advanced ad experiences, such as Pause ads, Interactive Ads, Choice-based Ads, and Commerce ads. The role requires collaboration with internal teams including Ad Product, Sales Enablement, and Pricing & Planning, as well as external product vendors.
As a subject matter expert in ad experiences, you'll serve as a key resource for Sales and Solutions teams, providing guidance on product capabilities, pitch strategies, and competitive landscape insights. The role involves overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring stakeholder communication and timely delivery of resources to Sales teams.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in media, agency, or sales organizations, with specific experience in digital/streaming and advanced ad products. Strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and deep understanding of marketing and advertising principles are essential.
The position offers a competitive salary range of $119,000 - $145,400 per year, with additional benefits including bonus opportunities, medical coverage, and long-term incentives.
