Description For MXP Operations Manager

The MXP Operations Manager at Disney Cruise Line will lead the management and optimization of the MXP Enterprise Platform, playing a crucial role in delivering exceptional cruise experiences. This strategic position oversees platform operations from pre-cruise to post-cruise phases, working closely with Disney IT to ensure seamless performance and system integration. The role requires leadership in platform functionality development, cross-functional team collaboration, and comprehensive training programs. Based in London, this hybrid position demands onsite presence 4 days per week and combines technical expertise with strategic business acumen. The ideal candidate will bring extensive cruise industry experience and enterprise software platform management skills, driving innovation while maintaining operational excellence.
