As a Principal Machine Learning Engineer focusing on Prompt Engineering, you'll be working within Disney Entertainment and ESPN Product & Technology, a global organization that combines technology with creativity to build world-class products. The role involves driving design and implementation of LLM and GenAI related applications, providing Prompt Engineering support across teams, and leading innovative solutions for complex advertising challenges.
You'll be part of a team that builds and experiments with new algorithms and models end-to-end, from production rollout to continuous optimization. The position offers the opportunity to work on groundbreaking innovations applying state-of-the-art AI and machine learning in various areas of advertising, including inventory forecasting, ad experience, pacing, pricing, targeting, and efficient ad delivery.
The role combines technical leadership with hands-on development, requiring both deep expertise in AI/ML technologies and the ability to mentor team members. You'll be working with cutting-edge technologies like AWS Bedrock, OpenAI Model on Azure, and tools like Tensorflow, Kubeflow, or Sagemaker.
