Senior Manager, Production Technology

This role is a service-first focus on consistent successful deliveries of technology solutions for the Studio and projects. The Senior Manager, Production Technology is the face of Production Technology for the banner and in direct line with Studio Executives and Filmmakers from the earliest stages to the release of the project.

Responsibilities include:

• Working directly with Executive teams to develop, deliver, and maintain production technical deployment
• Creating and designing technical workflows for productions and Studio executive teams
• Streamlining and delivering scalable efficient technical results to projects
• Leading efforts to complete Production solutions and planning for Post Production technology migration
• Researching and seeking out new technology available in the market
• Advising Productions on the Studio's security best practices and implementation
• Developing, designing, and deploying each production's network infrastructure
• Working directly with Production Teams HOD's and post-production teams
• Engaging with Image/Color Science teams to extend their knowledge and skillset
• Reporting and communicating consistently with VP of Production Technology

Qualifications:

• Strong technical knowledge and experience in leading Production and Post-Production workflows
• Enthusiasm to prepare early and execute various plans for successful solutions
• Deep comprehension of various software and apps for multiple team collaboration
• Efficient technical communication with non-technical Studio Executives and Filmmakers

Education: BA or BS in Film Production, Communication, or other related technology discipline Experience: 10+ years managing in the Production, Post Production, or VFX arenas
