As a Senior Principal Software Engineer within the Identity Engineering organization, you will be responsible for setting technical and architectural direction across the organization, identifying best practices, and providing subject matter expertise. You'll work with Identity Engineering architecture group and partner with engineering and product leaders throughout the organization.
The role involves working with Consumer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) capabilities across The Walt Disney Company, including Disney+, ESPN, Hulu, Parks, and Cruises. You'll be building and running high-traffic, globally replicated systems that are integral to every user's journey on Disney sites and applications.
The position requires expertise in JVM languages, cloud providers, and data processing technologies. You'll be working in an engaging, dynamic, and inclusive engineering organization that promotes agile practices, encourages collaboration, and is committed to continuous learning and improvement.
The role offers competitive compensation ranging from $213,100 to $285,700 per year, plus bonus potential and long-term incentives.
