Senior Software Engineer

The Commerce, Growth & Identity (CGI) team is seeking a talented Senior Software Engineer to join our Payment team, working on critical payment systems that serve millions of customers across Disney+, ESPN+, Hulu, and Star platforms.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll be responsible for managing crucial payment systems and playing an integral role in our multi-tenant payment processing system. You'll work with cutting-edge technologies and cloud services, particularly AWS, while handling large-scale distributed systems that process transactions for millions of users worldwide.

The role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a fast-paced, growing team where your expertise will help shape the technical architecture of Tier 1 services. You'll be involved in exploring international payment landscapes and developing solutions for global payment challenges as we expand our streaming services worldwide.

The position requires strong technical skills in distributed systems, cloud platforms (particularly AWS), and database management (both relational and NoSQL). You'll need to demonstrate the ability to take ownership of features and deliver end-to-end projects with high quality and robust architecture.
