The Senior Software Engineer role sits in the Parks Commercial Platforms organization within Technology & Digital for Disney Experiences. This position will focus on building new features and improving existing components of Disney Commerce Payment Platform specializing in Cart and Checkout.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll be working with the latest technology to develop and maintain commercial platforms that power Disney's vacation experiences. You'll be responsible for leading small projects, writing efficient code, and collaborating with product teams to define and implement system requirements. The role requires strong programming skills, particularly in modern JavaScript frameworks, and experience with web development best practices.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in software development, with strong knowledge of computer science fundamentals, design patterns, and data structures. You'll be working in an agile environment, requiring excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced software delivery environment.

The position offers competitive compensation ranging from $145,500 to $170,500 per year, along with comprehensive benefits including medical coverage, bonus potential, and long-term incentives.
