Key responsibilities include designing and implementing observability tools, collaborating with application teams, establishing unified standards, managing comprehensive monitoring tools, developing incident management features, creating documentation, and continuously improving observability practices.

The ideal candidate should have proficiency in programming languages like Java, Go, or Python, knowledge of databases, experience with JavaScript frameworks, familiarity with cloud platforms, and a strong understanding of observability tools and practices.
