The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in machine learning product development, strong programming skills, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to various stakeholders. This position offers competitive compensation ranging from $138,900 to $203,900 depending on location (LA, SF, or Seattle), plus potential bonuses and comprehensive benefits. Responsibilities For Sr Machine Learning Engineer
- Develop and maintain recommendation and personalization algorithms using machine learning methods
- Deploy scalable streaming and batch data pipelines for petabyte scale datasets
- Maintain algorithm development, testing, and deployment standards
- Collaborate with product team to identify personalization opportunities
- Work with data teams on data collection, experimentation and analysis
Requirements For Sr Machine Learning Engineer
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software, Electrical or Electronics Engineering
- 5+ years of experience in developing highly scalable machine learning products
- 5+ years writing production-level, scalable Python codes
- In-depth understanding of deep learning technology in recommendation system or NLP fields
- Proficiency in tensorflow or pytorch
- Experience with AWS, Docker, Airflow, Databricks, S3, and Spark
- Experience building and deploying full stack ML pipelines
- Ability to articulate models and algorithms to technical and non-technical audiences
