Sr Software Engineer

The Office of Technology Enablement at Disney is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their innovative team focused on artificial intelligence and mixed reality. This role is part of Disney's AI & XR Studio, where you'll help build foundational prototypes and systems that accelerate creative innovation across The Walt Disney Company.

As a Sr Software Engineer specializing in Unreal Engine, you'll be responsible for developing scalable tools and experiences that downstream teams can extend and adapt into broader production efforts. This position operates at the intersection of engineering and storytelling, providing foundational tools and experiences that empower partner teams to move faster and bolder with emerging technologies.

You'll own the technical direction and optimize stakeholder satisfaction for internally developed products while architecting and delivering new software solutions. Working with Unreal Engine and its accompanying toolset, you'll collaborate with a cross-functional team including software, test, and automation engineers, as well as creative teams to develop and improve product performance.
