Responsibilities For Lead AI/ML Engineer
- Architect and build machine learning models including regression, classification, clustering, time-series forecasting, and ensemble methods
- Design and train neural network architectures (CNNs, RNNs, LSTMs)
- Develop Generative AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Deploy ML solutions on cloud-native infrastructure
- Oversee the complete machine learning lifecycle
- Build internal AI tools and user interfaces
- Promote adoption of Databricks for AutoML
- Conduct advanced data processing and feature engineering
- Lead and mentor junior engineers
- Support AI literacy across departments
Requirements For Lead AI/ML Engineer
