Description For Cloud Operations & Support Engineer - SRE

Docebo, a rapidly expanding SaaS company, is seeking a Cloud Operations & Support Engineer to join their innovative team. As a key member of the globally deployed CO&S team, you'll be responsible for managing the operational health of the Docebo learning platform, which serves major clients like AWS, Netflix, and L'Oreal.

The role combines technical expertise with customer-facing problem-solving, requiring in-depth knowledge of the Docebo platform's architecture and code. You'll work in a hybrid environment, collaborating with multiple teams including Support and Product organizations to ensure platform reliability and performance.

Key responsibilities include incident management, infrastructure maintenance, and on-call duties. The ideal candidate should have strong experience with cloud services, particularly AWS, and be proficient in various technologies including Linux, Docker, and modern monitoring tools.

Responsibilities For Cloud Operations & Support Engineer - SRE

  • Manage Docebo Incident and Escalation process
  • Monitor metrics and develop ways to improve observability
  • Diagnose & troubleshoot service incidents & outages
  • Maintain and evolve the Docebo multi-tenant infrastructure
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues
  • Work with tickets opened by the internal support team
  • Streamline development process
  • Perform periodic on-call duty

Requirements For Cloud Operations & Support Engineer - SRE

  • Previous experience with infrastructure management and operations
  • Good working knowledge of Linux and Docker and familiar with LAMP stack
  • Experience with AWS Cloud services
  • Experience with Bash or Python scripting
  • Experience with web application development using PHP/Javascript/Node or any programming language
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Gitlab CI
  • Familiar with application performance monitoring tools like Datadog, New Relic
  • Familiar with Docker orchestrators such as Amazon ECS or Kubernetes
  • Familiar with Git
  • Ability to solve issues with clear methods while knowing when to take intuitive leaps
