The role focuses on building next-generation avatar and virtual try-on models, working directly with the founders to create industry-leading technology. You'll be responsible for implementing cutting-edge generative AI features, building robust data pipelines, and developing state-of-the-art personalized try-on capabilities in video and 3D.
The ideal candidate brings strong experience in training and evaluating large diffusion or transformer models, with hands-on experience implementing ML papers from scratch. You should be self-driven, passionate about new ML methods, and have a genuine interest in fashion and creative expression.

Responsibilities For Senior Research Engineer
- Implement cutting-edge generative AI features for inclusion in our product
- Build data pipelines to feed large-scale image and video datasets into model training
- Enhance model quality through user feedback and preference-based tuning
- Improve virtual try-on for diverse body types, clothing styles, and aesthetic treatments
- Collaborate effectively in a shared codebase while upholding high coding standards
- Develop state-of-the-art personalized try-on capabilities in video and 3D
- Work directly with our founders to create industry-leading technology
Requirements For Senior Research Engineer
- Experience training and evaluating large diffusion or transformer models
- Care deeply about craft and creating category-defining experiences
- Experience in rigorous, fast-paced environments or highly productive IC in academia/open-source
- Self-driven, high-agency, and able to learn new things quickly and deeply
- Experience implementing ML papers from scratch in pytorch or jax
- Interest in new ML methods and reading papers
- Problem-solving skills to overcome technical challenges
- Genuine interest in fashion, avatars, or creative expression
