Software Engineer - Full Stack

Dripos is transforming the coffee shop industry with its all-in-one software solution, eliminating the need for multiple systems. We provide everything a business needs to operate: ordering, scheduling, payroll, accounting, mobile apps, and more. We are backed by leading venture capital firms like Base10 Partners and Cota Capital, as well as notable angel investors including Y Combinator managing partner Michael Seibel, Punchh founder Shyam Rao, and Bench founder Ian Crosby.

We are rapidly scaling our engineering team and are looking for full stack developers to build the future of coffee shop software with us. We value people who take pride in their work and show an ability to learn quickly, whether they're familiar with our stack or not. You'll be exposed to many different features, technologies, and clients in the process of building Dripos with a deep obsession for our customers. This is the perfect role for an engineer that wants to have an outsized business impact.

What you'll do:

• Build features end-to-end: front-end, back-end, system design, and testing
• Collaborate closely with customers and client-facing teams to transform ideas into an impactful product
• Influence the culture, values, and processes of a growing engineering team

What we're looking for:

• At least 1 year of relevant experience
• Track record of shipping high-quality products and features at scale
• Desire to work in a very fast-paced environment
• Ability to turn business and product ideas into engineering solutions
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excited to join a dynamic, fully in-person team in New York City
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
