Dripos is hiring a Software Engineer as the first member of our Internal Engineering team. This role will collaborate closely with all departments to equip them with efficient tools and essential data, facilitating streamlined work and informed decision-making across the company. This is the perfect role for an engineer that wants to make an outsized business impact.

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain data pipelines that aggregate information from multiple platform into a singular, real-time accessible database
• Create dashboards and scripts to transform raw data into actionable insights, enabling leaders to access real-time metrics
• Develop tools that improve department efficiency and reduce stress, including migration tools, internal dashboards, and more
• Manage systems to streamline deployment pipelines across various apps, websites, and servers

What we're looking for

• At least one year of relevant experience
• Deep understanding of APIs, data caching, and setting up data pipelines
• Readiness to learn and build systems independent of our core product
• Desire to work in a very fast-paced environment
• Excited to join a dynamic, fully in-person team in New York City
