Responsibilities For Associate IT Operations Engineer
- Support day-to-day operations of infrastructure systems by monitoring system performance, configuration, maintenance and repair
- Work with Architecture, Security, DevOps, Business, and Application Development teams
- Develop new infrastructure implementation plans, automation, and testing procedures
- Transform from datacenter-centric design to cloud-based infrastructure
- Support development efforts by various application teams
- Manage Change Management process and deploy Application/Infra changes on windows servers
- Develop and support operational standards for data center and cloud-based platforms
- Ensure high availability of mission critical host computer resources
- Evaluate and recommend optimization and automation tools
Requirements For Associate IT Operations Engineer
- Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years of relevant experience
- Experience supporting Linux and/or Windows systems with DevOps tools
- Experience with AWS and/or GCP and exposure to APM tools
- Working knowledge of RDBMS such as Oracle, MySQL, or Postgres
- Experience with Python/Bash/Powershell scripting
- Enterprise infrastructure experience
- Self-motivated and results oriented
- Ability to work independently and deliver on commitments
- Proven communication and organizational skills
