Operational Technology Cybersecurity Engineer (Manufacturing Engineer)

Elanco, a global leader in animal health (NYSE: ELAN), is seeking an experienced Operational Technology Cybersecurity Engineer to join their team. This critical role reports to the OT Director in Central Engineering and is responsible for shaping the future of secure OT systems across global manufacturing environments.

The position offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of cybersecurity and manufacturing, requiring expertise in both OT and IT domains. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the OT Cybersecurity Program, working with cross-functional teams across global locations. They will interface with Information Security and IT functions while collaborating closely with process automation and engineering teams to enhance the security and reliability of OT systems and networks.

Key responsibilities include leading multidisciplinary teams, developing cybersecurity strategies, establishing standards and best practices, and implementing security solutions that consider the unique challenges of 24x7 production environments. The role requires a deep understanding of ICS systems (preferably Rockwell, Siemens, or Emerson) and experience in regulated industries such as FDA, EMA, or Biotech manufacturing.
