Senior Full Stack Developer / Engineering Lead – .NET & JavaScript

Elavon, a wholly-owned subsidiary of U.S. Bank, is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer / Engineering Lead to join their team in London. This role presents an exciting opportunity to design and develop internal tools and platforms that directly impact business operations. The position requires a seasoned professional with 10+ years of experience who can lead technical projects while maintaining hands-on development capabilities.

The role involves working with the Microsoft technology stack, including .NET Core, C#, and JavaScript, to build robust full-stack applications. You'll be responsible for creating user-driven applications that automate operations, streamline workflows, and support regulatory and risk reporting. The position offers a hybrid working arrangement with 3+ days in office, providing flexibility while maintaining team collaboration.

As an Engineering Lead, you'll work closely with operations, data teams, and senior stakeholders to shape systems used daily by hundreds of users. The role requires expertise in both frontend and backend development, with a focus on creating intuitive interfaces using Bootstrap, HTML/CSS, and implementing data visualization tools.

The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise combined with strong leadership capabilities. You'll need to demonstrate experience with MongoDB, SQL Server, and data-driven applications, along with the ability to integrate with Microsoft Exchange/Outlook systems.
