As an MES System Engineer, you'll be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of the NextGen MES solution, bridging business needs with technology. You'll develop expertise in PharmaSuite, supporting and developing electronic batch records while ensuring compliance with validation requirements. The position requires collaboration with global and site teams to address technical, operational, and business challenges proactively.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong technical background with at least 2 years of MES experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry. Knowledge of GMP regulations and Computer System Validation principles is essential. You'll need excellent communication skills to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
