As a Shift Engineer at Envalior, you will be responsible for the efficient, uninterrupted, and safe execution of the manufacturing process, as well as the reliable registration of data required for production.

Key responsibilities include:

• Complying with ENVALIOR SHE requirements and Indian legislation
• Executing and monitoring the Production process
• Implementing procedures and processes
• Managing emergency response and immediate reporting
• Ensuring production quality and efficiency
• Managing shift operators
• Communicating production reports and issues
• Root cause analysis of customer complaints
• Maintaining shop floor housekeeping

Requirements:

• Engineering degree (polymer, chemical, or machinery preferred) or CIPET in PPT
• Minimum 3 years of compounding and SSP dryers related experience
• Willingness to work in shifts
• Good communication skills
• Excellent people management skills
