EQ Bank, Canada's Challenger Bank, is seeking a T24 Application Specialist for their Digital Banking team. This role is part of EQ Bank's mission to innovate the banking experience and transform what's possible in banking. The successful candidate will join a team dedicated to building a best-in-class branchless digital banking experience.
As a T24 Application Specialist, you'll be responsible for enabling EQ Bank's Challenger Bank aspiration by working on their core banking platform. You'll use cloud-native technologies and product-centric agile methodologies to manage cross-functional pods dedicated to launching new products and features. The role involves collaborating with Digital Banking Business and Product teams to prioritize and deliver outcome-driven solutions.
Key responsibilities include assessing business requirements, interacting with Temenos, managing project lifecycles, and developing L3 level features for T24 transact. You'll also be involved in environment setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of T24 multi-server architecture.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Temenos T24, with at least 5 years of experience, along with expertise in TAFJ and R17+ versions of T24. Knowledge of SAFe, retail modules, and web service modules is essential. Experience with T24 Canadian Mobile Banking and working in a Canadian banking environment is preferred.
